Fidelity College and Career Counselling
As a high school student in the national curriculum system, I knew little about the United States college application process when I first started thinking about it. Mr. David became a crucial resource in guiding me through school selection and story crafting. He was incredibly knowl- edgeable about the characteristics of different schools. By getting to know me and my preferenc- es, he was able to help me pick out the schools that were the best fit for me. He used his relationships with college admission offices to organize college tours so that we could experience the schools with our feet on the ground. I participated in one of the tours to the West Coast and found it extremely helpful, fun, and eye-opening. Mr. David also invited admission officers to our high school to chat about what they were looking for in ideal candidates.
The information I learned and the experiences I got through these activities helped me get in a handful of schools including Cornell University, which I eventually attended. I graduated with double majors in Mathematics and Economics and now I work in the investment management industry in New York City
